Due to the sensitive and sterile nature of medical supplies, accessories, and precision dosing hardware, no returns or refunds are accepted once an order has shipped.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the craftsmanship of HelixPen products. If you experience a verified manufacturing failure or defect upon delivery, replacement pens or supplies may be provided at the seller’s sole discretion upon submission of photographic/video proof of failure within 14 days of receipt.

The seller is not responsible for any damages, losses, malfunctions, or bodily injury resulting from the handling, assembly, filling, or use of any products or supplies sold on this website. Users assume full responsibility for proper handling, sterile technique, and application.
